For Jennifer

David Clory of Winnipeg, Manitoba, always wanted very much to see and know his daughter Jennifer Lynn Clory (only recently known to reside in the North Toronto area). At a young age Jennifer Clory was taken away from David and he had no knowledge of where she was or how he could get in touch with her. No matter how hard he tried to send support money to her, his cheques were returned.

In recent years David had a stroke and lost all memory and ability to walk. Complications due to the stroke and a brain tumor left David weak and unable to care for himself and in September 2006 he died in Winnipeg with his loving wife Norma at his side.

Jennifer, if you're reading this, no matter what anyone has ever told you, you were loved very much by your father. Even though he never knew where you were, he still wrote you birthday cards and letters. He never knew where to send them, but he wrote them anyway. He talked about you all the time. He cried about you and missed you very very much. Your father had a hard life of alcoholism and drug abuse, but he reformed his life in the early 80's and led a sober life until his passing working as a cook at the Union Gospel Mission in Winnipeg. David worked hard to give to others and help people struggling alcohol and drug addiction. He was a highly respected and cherished by everyone who worked with him or benefited from his care and friendship.

If you wish Jennifer, we'd love to meet you someday. Your father is buried at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens north of Winnipeg.

My name is Peter, I was your father's stepson. I'm at 204-339-3929
